Not much cooking this weekend. We went out for lunch today at Johnny Rockets and then going to someone's house for dinner. Tomorrow is the ballgame (Game 3 of the NLCS!) so we're going to stay in and heat up a few burgers and dogs. This is what I did today:

Green smoothie for breakfast: spinach, apples, bananas, strawberries and mango.

A romantic shot of blueberry muffins. I love these. Recipe from Vegan Brunch cookbook.

Oh! I LOVE green smoothie. Yours looks delicious. I've never tried to put different kind of fruits in my smoothie, I don't know why I keep using only mangos???
Wow! a romantic shot of blueberry muffins!!! I love it!!!!! :)
I'm in love with those muffins now.
:)
Oh... Johnny Rockets! I know this is random coming from someone in Australia, but we used to have a Johnny Rockets at our nearby shopping centre when I was a kid and I LOVED it! Then I closed. That was in my pregan days though, I wouldn't have thought they would do anything vegan! Even better than they do! Of course, I still have the problem of being on the wrong continent.
I love blueberry muffins and I love that photo of your blueberry muffins!!
Yum! That green smoothie looks super tasty. As do the muffins.
