Scrambled tofu sandwich and Nachos.
This scrambled tofu sandwich satisfied my egg sandwich craving.
Nachos with Lauren Toyota’s nacho cheese, homemade black beans and my mom’s delicious copycat Tito’s Tacos salsa.
