Silk Road Cooking: Indian curry

 I cooked from one the most beautiful books in my collection called Silk Road Cooking: A Vegetarian Journey. I made the Indian Cauliflower and Potato Curry but substituted broccoli and kale for the cauliflower since I didn’t have any. It was very easy to make and turned out delicious! The Thai chili in it was 👌🏽. I used a Thai chili from my garden.
