Bread dip, Turkish kofte and Cacik

 This bread dip is unreal! Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, green olives, Kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, grated cucumber, fresh diced tomatoes, hot peppers, grated lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. I was going to add vegan Parmesan but I forgot!




Everything @melizcooks does comes out perfect every time! Today I made the cheater Turkish kofte kebabs from her cookbook, but vegan style using @beyondmeat and Cacik, a Turkish cucumber dip. I wrapped everything in lavash bread. So delicious!
