Mayan Red Beans


 My first time using @rancho_gordo Mayan Red Beans to make red beans and rice. Delicious! The beans are smaller and a bit denser than kidney beans but still very good for this dish. I used sautéed soy chorizo, onions, garlic, peppers, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, mushroom broth powder and water in the crockpot for about 7 hours on high.
