Silk Road Sesame Noodles

 I made the cold sesame noodles from the cookbook SILK ROADS by Anna Ansari. It was delicious. You’re supposed to eat them cold but my noodles were still steaming and I couldn’t wait!

Sesame noodles, cold or not cold (more likely to be 'cold' in the coming hot weather months chez nous) are most deserving of appreciation: simple, few ingredients required, easily enhanced with a few simple toppings (my fav is thinly sliced green onions; lots!). Most delicious. The history of the 'Silk Roads' is fascinating and so interesting. Thanks!
