Sopa Campesina/Moro beans and Bloody Maria

 Sopa Campesina from @rancho_gordo Bean Book. It is basically the beans in this case Moro beans from Puebla, Mexico with their broth topped with chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, salsa, and fried tortilla strips. Delicious!!!!
