My Banh Xeo technique needs work (I blame my pan!) but the flavors of this did not disappoint! I cooked the crepes with onion and Napa cabbage and stuffed them with carrot and green onion. Then served pieces of the crispy crepe inside lettuce wrap with fresh carrot, green onions, cilantro, mint and dipping sauce. Flavor explosion! 💥 #banhxeo #vegan #vietnamesefood
