Meze lunch!
I made three dips this morning in order to have this dream lunch. I made Muhammara, a red pepper and walnut dip, Moroccan Zahlouk, an eggplant salad, and hummus.
This is a baked Zahlouk from the book The Vegetarian Table North Africa. So good!
