 Saw this balsamic onion tart recipe and had to try it. I used vegan cheese and soymilk instead of egg wash.

Yucatan rice and La Scala Salad

 I made yucatan yellow rice in the rice cooker and it came out delicious! Also made a vegan version of the viral La Scala salad and it was so good.

Tagine Bil Hummus

 Tagine Bil Hummus from a lovely book called The Vegetarian Table North Africa. I added some other vegetables: red bell peppers, cabbage and potatoes. It’s delicious served on couscous. #vegan #couscous #tagine #taginebilhummus #moroccan

Rice cooker meal and Apple fritter bread.

Tried out a lazy meal in the rice cooker today. It has tofu, ginger, garlic, onions, sesame oil, vegetarian oyster sauce, and mushroom soy sauce.
