Almond falafel bowl.

 My lunch which I spent all morning preparing. I made:

Provençal lemon herb rice from The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen and I made it in the rice cooker, so easy.

Greek lemon garlic potatoes from the same book. 

Almond falafel from Salad Samurai and I made it in the Airfryer. 

The salad from the same cookbook with tahini dressing.

So good!
