Yum! I made a delicious white bean salad with chimichurri sauce. Including banana wax pepper, pepperoncini, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives and red bell peppers. The sauce has cilantro, red onion, garlic powder, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper and a dash of agave. I also added some juice from the banana wax pepper jar. I used only one can of white cannellini beans. ❤️ #beansalad

I love every ingredient you've listed, except banana pepper (only because I've never eaten it). Will make some version of this, which ticks all of the 'flavor' boxes, as well as the 'healthy' boxes. Thanks!
