Weeknight Dal.

 I made a verrrrry quick dal tonight loosely based on a recipe from Chetna Makan. It’s made with red split lentils or Masoor dal and cooked with broccoli bits and topped with a tadka made with cumin seeds, sliced garlic, onion, green chili, tomatoes and red chili powder. So good!
