Sunday breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Van's gluten free waffles, tofu scramble and hash brown.

Quesadilla with daiya cheese, Tofurky meat and sundried tomatoes.

Quick Moroccan stew in couscous. Used a container of ready made lentil soup as the base and added potatoes, carrots, apricots, chickpeas and spices. So good!

Your meals always make me so hungry!!! That breakfast looks amazing, I haven't had a proper breakfast like that in ages!
