Marinated some tofu slices this morning in korean bbq sauce and when I came home from work, I popped them in the oven for 15-20 minutes. They came out a little burny but the charred parts are actually quite good!
Barbecue is great...all the time. I've never tried cooking tofu this way, but I'm kind of in a rut when it comes to meals lately, so I will have to give this a try. Thanks!

These look good. I am up for anything Bar-b-que. I am sure the darker spots are just the sugars in the sauce scorching, not burned tofu! :)
what temp do you bake your tofu at?
Vic,
Yeah you're probably right. They were very good.
amymylove,
I baked them at around 400 F. Depends on how hot your oven is.
Mmmmm! BBQ anything is my current favourite. Looks good!
I wish I could get my baked tofu to turn out like that. As always, great job.

That does look really good. I've been perusing through your blog so I thought I'd leave a comment to let ya know! :)
Yum! That sounds delicious. I should make myself some BBQ tofu too - that could make a great sandwich!
Your tofu slices look pretty, too! they're not the usual rectangular blocks of tofu.
Seriously, this looks perfect.
(sidenote: in awe of these on the ppk earlier today, and just came across your blog via a google search for stewed eggplant) <3
