Fresh Spring Rolls and Apple Pear Gallette


Fresh rolls with sauteed tofu, carrot, scallions, red bell pepper, cilantro and bean thread noodles. Served with thai style peanut sauce.

Nice! It's been such a long time since I made any fresh spring rolls. Yours look really great. I love seeing the tofu bits inside. Also, nice to see a recipe from Local Flavors - I've made a few great dishes from that book!
