For lunch I made @plantcrazii recipe for Butter Chickpeas Curry with homemade naan from The Conscious Plant Kitchen blog. This was so delicious! The curry was so luscious and creamy and spiced just right. I used coconut milk instead of vegan oat cream. The naan was delicious and yeast free. It was made with only a few ingredients: flour, baking powder, coconut yogurt and salt. It did take some work to roll them out and cook but they were so good.
