Foods from this weekend and today.


I made the Tiktok “feta” pasta and it was delicious! Instead of feta I used a fresh batch of tofu ricotta.



V day cookies.








White chili. This was from the Camellia Beans website. I used Morningstar chicken nuggets and added corn.

That’s the prep for the Tiktok pasta. It’s tofu ricotta and tomatoes just out of the oven to be mashed up and tossed with penne!
