Instead of cinnamon roll ready made dough, I used crescent roll dough which is vegan and I just flattened it out, joined the seams, sprinkled cinnamon and sugar, then rolled up again and cut into pieces like in the video. I also sprinkled more cinnamon as I rolled out the round pieces for the pie. Easy!

How did you make the powdered sugar glaze?
Mix 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons soy milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla. That's it!

I agree. You inspire me to step out of my comfort zone by making everything you create look so easy and I don't cook! I bought "From the Tables of Lebanon from Amazon because of something delicious you posted & I still use it :)
