I made Mary McCartney's Saucy Mushrooms and Tomatoes on toast. (Today's her birthday. Hoppy Birdy Mary!) One of my fave recipes from her book "Food".
Served on top of buttered whole grain toast and with vegi sausages and hashbrowns.
Roasted baby zucchini and green beans with garlic. These are for lunch.
