Some foods.

Homemade burrito.

Scrambled tofu made with addition of The Vegg. I made a batch of "yolk" and added some of it to the tofu while it was cooking in the pan. I like the taste of it, it's not far off from what egg yolk tasted like.

Dal and rice. Trying to be healthy.


I make great sandwiches.

Lunch at Zankou.


Apple ginger spice cookies. Recipe from vegetarian times magazine. Treating myself this weekend. I'm usually not eating so much sugar during this pregnancy.

I like my burritos with red enchilada sauce too! Your posts always make me hungry, even though I just had dinner!!
