And another big sandwich!

This time with avocado. It's been so hot that it's the only food I want to prepare and eat right now.

Inspiring! Tofurky slices are excellent. Must pair up with good bread and vegan cheese!

I make it with green olives, kalamata olives, onions, garlic, pepperoncini, marinated artichoke hearts, olive oil, red wine vinegar and salt and pepper. Just chop into pieces and let marinate together. So good!
