marciferous,I layered it like this: Flour tortilla pieces/lentil filling/sauce, kind of like a lasagna. The sauce is just canned tomato sauce that I spiced up with cumin, chili powder, oregano and garlic.
How creative to make a casserole out of the leftover taco lentils!! I find myself with leftovers all the time -- thanks for the "round 2" recipe! Can't wait to try! No more taco "meat" salads for lunch! :)
