Refreshing thai tofu larb on top of salad greens.

here. Note: Don't need to "deep fry" tofu, just cook over heat until it is completely dry and all moisture is gone. Use firm tofu, lime juice instead of lemon juice and add some mint leaves.
BBQ Chili in a bun. Just make your favorite chili and add bbq sauce to it!
