Pineapple Fried Rice

I had leftover white rice chilling out in the fridge so I was happy to use it for this pineapple fried rice. It came out great. It also has onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms and tomatoes.

It was wonderful. I have a secret ingredient: ketchup. A few squirts into the stir fry with a bit of soy sauce and it's perfect.

yum! i once had a similar dish at a great asian vegetarian restaurant near my school. it also had house-made faux meat and it was so good! i really love the flavors.
