With roasted tomatoes, garlic sauce, cucumber tahini yogurt, sumac onions and pomegranate molasses. I made the viral recipe where you spread the meat mixture onto parchment, roll them up into cigar shape and bake. I did mine in the Airfryer for ten minutes, then unrolled them and put them back in for four minutes to crisp up a little. It is delicious!!!!
