I made Giada’s butternut squash lasagna with basil cream sauce. Totally veganized using vegan mozzarella and full fat soymilk. I also made Native American Three Sisters Salad, mashed potatoes and pumpkin cornbread. Everything was delicious. Never forget that we are all on stolen land and the true origins of this holiday that began with genocide and land theft. We can still acknowledge this and at the same time practice gratitude for the blessings we have. Giving thanks is an ancient spiritual tradition.
