My friend treated me to a delicious banh mi lunch today . I got the Impossible meat banh mi. Sooo good!

1) envious that you have a friend to take you out for a Banh Mi lunch (I want a friend like that!); 2) thanks for the reminder to make Banh Mi, for which I will use crumbled tempeh, and take to work (I get in a work lunch rut, and forget to make awesome things, such as Banh Mi); 3) belated 'Bon Anniversaire', from a fellow Libra.
