Another rice cooker meal - a vegan version of Chinese pork patty rice. I used 2 @beyondmeat patties mixed with garlic, green onions, soy sauce, mushroom bouillon powder, mushroom soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, salt and pepper. I filled the rice cooker with jasmine rice, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, cabbage, gailan and carrots then I shaped the meat into a big patty and placed it on top. Covered and pressed cook. In 20 minutes dinner was ready. I broke up the meat and mixed up the rice and served it with dark sweet soy sauce.
