Fantastic crockpot brothy beans, a mix of @rancho_gordo Royal Corona beans and Mayocoba beans with onions, garlic, dried sofrito and olive oil. I stirred in fresh spinach and Calabrian chili flakes when serving. I also had a tomato sandwich on toasted sourdough. #brothybeans
