Korean tofu

 I made Korean tofu to put on top of the kale and farro salad I made Saturday. Really good!

Kale and farro salad recipe: As these are two fav ingredients, made and loved this recipe (thanks for the recipe link). Next time--because there will be a next time--will add Korean tofu (will smother slices, or crumbles, of extra firm tofu in gochujang). Anything with Korean tofu is, imho, enhanced deliciousness. Thanks!
