Yanyana Tavasi

 This was SO DELICIOUS! Every @melizcooks recipe I make is better than the last one! I tried the Yanyana Tavasi (“Next to each other”) veganized making a little loaf of @beyondmeat in the center instead of the cubed lamb. It’s the spices and seasonings that make the dish and when combined all together with bread and toum (garlic sauce) it’s absolutely delicious. #yanyanatavası #melizcooks #vegan #beyondmeat






The seasonings in the meat were Turkish red pepper paste, garlic chunks, olive oil, soy milk, dried oregano, paprika, smoked paprika, dried mint, aleppo pepper, salt and pepper.

Another nice, with a lovely presentation, meal. Side note: I love Aleppo pepper and use it often.
