These look amazing! I already grabbed the recipe but was wondering...is there any way to cook them without the psyllium husk? I don't relish the idea of purchasing an entire bag or jar of something else just at the moment, but I have all the other ingredients. Advice appreciated. Thanks!
I'm not 100% sure if you can leave out the psyllium husk because it seems to absorb a lot of the liquid and thicken the mixture. I wonder if you can get psyllium husk in the bulk bin at your local health food store? Then you'd only have to purchase what you need? It's worth checking out! 😃
Oh! Do you have plain Metamucil in your house? Because all that is is psyllium husk and sugar. Maybe that could work?
