@melizcooks I love you! (Meliz Berg author of Dinner Tonight) Every recipe is a knockout! I made a plant based version of the Kofte kebabs and the cheaters Ezme and the Ocakbasi salad to create these wraps. I added some kisir that was leftover from yesterday and added avocado and tahini instead of garlic sauce. Wow the flavors are amazing. The Ezme (chili sauce) is like a milder, sweeter salsa and it goes so well with the wrap. 😋
