Tea Stash

 A few weeks ago, I cataloged my tea in pictures on my Instagram and forgot to do it here so this is what I’m doing now. So far I have around 46 loose teas. Trying to finish some so i can have a manageable amount.

Veggie wrap

 A very delicious homemade wrap: chickpea salad, bulgur salad, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, vegan cheese, Turkish Ezme (tomato chili sauce), cilantro mayo on a spinach herb tortilla. Served with three sauces: cilantro mayo, green salsa and Turkish Ezme. #vegan #wrap #veggiewrap

Kofte Kebab Wrap

 @melizcooks I love you! (Meliz Berg author of Dinner Tonight) Every recipe is a knockout! I made a plant based version of the Kofte kebabs and the cheaters Ezme and the Ocakbasi salad to create these wraps. I added some kisir that was leftover from yesterday and added avocado and tahini instead of garlic sauce. Wow the flavors are amazing. The Ezme (chili sauce) is like a milder, sweeter salsa and it goes so well with the wrap. πŸ˜‹

Turkish kisir

 Turkish kisir, a flavorful bulgur salad made with fine bulgur, Turkish red pepper paste, tomatoes, pomegranate molasses, onions, lemon juice, pul biber, parsley and olive oil. I added a chopped roasted red pepper to it for some chunkiness. I served it on top of romaine lettuce. Very healthy and tasty. πŸ₯¬πŸŒΆ️πŸ…πŸ‹πŸ«’ #kisir

Almond falafel bowl.

 My lunch which I spent all morning preparing. I made:

ProvenΓ§al lemon herb rice from The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen and I made it in the rice cooker, so easy.

Greek lemon garlic potatoes from the same book. 

Almond falafel from Salad Samurai and I made it in the Airfryer. 

The salad from the same cookbook with tahini dressing.

So good!

 Chili oil pasta. This was delicious. The ingredients are: olive oil, fresh garlic, @laoganmausa spicy chili crisp, @flatironpepper Asian Reds pepper flakes, fresh tomatoes, soymilk and parsley. Delicious and spicy! πŸ₯΅πŸŒΆ️

Rice cooker bibimbap.

 Delicious. A go to cheap and easy meal. Throw your rice, water, veggies, tofu and sauce and let it steam. Lunch is ready in about 20 minutes.
