This was SO DELICIOUS! Every @melizcooks recipe I make is better than the last one! I tried the Yanyana Tavasi (“Next to each other”) veganized making a little loaf of @beyondmeat in the center instead of the cubed lamb. It’s the spices and seasonings that make the dish and when combined all together with bread and toum (garlic sauce) it’s absolutely delicious. #yanyanatavası #melizcooks #vegan #beyondmeat

Rice cooker bibimbap.
This was f-ing delicious! I’ve been watching a ton of rice cooker meal videos and from what I saw I decided to try it. I used rinsed jasmine rice, half the amount of water that I would normally use and layered the tofu and veggies on top. Cabbage, carrots, bok choy, squash and Dino kale. Then I drizzled a sauce made from soy sauce, mushroom soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sugar and rice vinegar. Then I covered with the lid and pressed Cook. I topped the rice with green onions and gochujang sauce after it was done. Omg I’m so impressed with this time saving one pot method.

Overnight charro beans from The Bean Book recipe. I added 2 Serrano peppers holy crap this is pretty spicy! @rancho_gordo Rio Zape beans are beautiful and cook up so nice similar to pinto beans.

Baked Kofte and Vegetables
Today I made two recipes from Dinner Tonight by @melizcooks. Juicy Baked Kofte and Vegetables and Ocakbasi-style salad. It was so delicious! AND I made it vegan using @beyondmeat for the kofte and used @foragerproject yogurt to serve with it. I can’t wait to eat this again tonight.

White bean salad with chimichurri
Yum! I made a delicious white bean salad with chimichurri sauce. Including banana wax pepper, pepperoncini, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives and red bell peppers. The sauce has cilantro, red onion, garlic powder, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper and a dash of agave. I also added some juice from the banana wax pepper jar. I used only one can of white cannellini beans. ❤️ #beansalad
