Memorial Day feast.

I was too lazy to fire up my charcoal grill outside so I popped my cast iron grill on the stove and grilled some Tofurky sausages, Smart Dogs, zucchini, red peppers and red onion. I made the picnic potato salad from Healthy Happy Vegan cookbook and heated a can of Busch vegetarian baked beans. And to yop it all off: a tall glass of beer and tomato juice.
