These are the Life Changing seed crackers recipe from here:

They are fantastic! The crunch is amazing! I am so happy munching on these. Trying to stay away from white crackers and white bread because of blood sugar issues. 

Served with creamy hummus and tomato olive roasted pepper bruschetta.


Lunch at Tacomiendo!

Veggie tacos, no cheese.
