One of my vegan friends sent me a link to your blog, as I'm transitioning to a vegetarian (then hopefully vegan) diet, and I'm positively enthralled by all the photos! I usually cook 1 vegan dinner a week for my boyfriend and I, and I've started phasing out meat for myself. That BBQ tofu looks delicious, how did you prepare it?
Hi veronika! All I did was brush the tofu with bbq sauce and slapped it on the grill! I used Weber's Hickory flavor.
