Not only does this olive cheese bread sound heavenly--going to make this for the coming holiday week-- I LOVE papaya salad (green papaya salad; also love green mango salad). Ate this often during our years in Cambodia and make a--in my humble opinion--quite decent version. How fortunate to have a mom to make this for you! Thanks.
