Yesterday I made Frankenstein Oatcakes, a veganized recipe from @rhubarbandlavender Inspired by the food in the novel. These were delicious, soft, chewy and slightly sweet. I topped them with vegan cheese and fig jam. Perfect with a cup of tea.

Lobia Chawal
Bean curry and rice. The spices are: garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin seeds, cumin powder, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves). Delicious!
