Rice cooker meal came out so good. Rice, green beans, zucchini, tofu, cabbage with a chili oil and ssamjang sauce. 😋 Ingredients for sauce: ssamjang, chili oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce.

Today I made dry-toasted short grain brown rice, cooked with 1/4 low sodium veg stock cube, and in the last 20 min added marinated tofu (grated ginger, sesame oil, sambal, tamari, lime juice, pinch coconut sugar) and frozen small broccoli florets.
