A bowl of deliciousness. Lebanese food today using my Lebanese cookbook Tables of Lebanon and a recipe from instagram. Cucumber salad, Kumanit Banadoora (bulgur tomato dip), baba ganoush, and cilantro garlic potatoes. Sooooo delicious! 🤤
A very beautiful meal, indeed. Lebanese cuisine is one of my top five favorite cuisines (along with Indian, Thai, Vietnamese and Mexican). Going to check out the cookbook you mention--thanks for sharing.
