Vegan Richa Black Pepper Mac n Cheese

I made the black pepper Mac from Richa’s book Everyday Kitchen cookbook. I didn’t have cashews so I used almonds instead and I also added white miso. I cut back on the black pepper so my two year old can have some.

This was very creamy and tasty. Thumbs up. My toddler said he didn’t like it but he’s still learning!
