Dinner was a cup of @newenglishteas English breakfast tea and a plate of delicious loaded tomato toast. Toasted sourdough, smoked paprika aioli, fresh Campari tomatoes, sea salt, black pepper, @followyourheart vegan cheese, sprouts, scallions and balsamic glaze. 😋
Tonight I’m trying @cloudytree_tea Classic Ancient Ripe Pu-erh that come in dragon balls. Super cute packaging and easy to prepare in my glass teapot from @daiso. I’m not much of a pu-erh drinker but I found this to be very enjoyable. #puerhtea #cloudytreetea #dragonballtea
I saw a reel on Instagram that you can make homemade spicy chili crisp using either store bought or homemade chili oil and adding fried garlic and fried onion that you can buy from the Asian markets. I also added salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, Chinese black vinegar. Turned out great.

It’s way too pretty to use! 😍 I got a bag of Chinese red ($7.99) which was described as Artisan Cuvee Black tea on the website. Make a chickpea salad sandwich with me. First mayo and mustard on your bread. Then green leaf lettuce, tomato and red onions, then a big scoop of chickpea salad. And then some vegan cheese, shredded carrots and alfalfa sprouts (essential!) and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Wrap tight in parchment and cut in half!
