Jackfruit Vindaloo and Jackfruit Tacos.



Vindaloo curry from Vegan Richa’s Indian Kitchen cookbook. Amazing! 

So amazing tacos! I used a spice rub on the jackfruit before frying. Lots of different chili powders.
