Pita pizza and Shakshuka!

 

Delicious easy pita pizza for lunch using Follow Your Heart mozzarella and tofu ricotta. I also added dried basil and Aleppo pepper flakes. So good! For dinner I prepared vegan Shakshuka using Just Egg. I used the Tunisian Shakshuka recipe at the YouTube channel By Eya.
