Backyard grilling again this weekend. I love it. Vegetables taste so much better when they're grilled over open flame. They get all charred and tender and caramelized and so juicy.
The usual suspects: yellow and red bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, tomato and baked potatoes. Tofu not pictured.

Sandwich, mid bite!
That looks delicious. I love to grill veggies and serve them as sandwiches, or put on some pasta with a little pesto or even just eat 'em. Good post!

ReplyDeleteThose fresh grilled vegetables look so delicious! There is nothing quite like them. I like it when they still have that crunch in them but have all the delicious flavors after the grill.
ReplyDeleteI grew up eating grilled vegetables at home. Its crispiness on the outside and its juiciness once you bite it is something I love and crave for. We can eat it as it is or use it on sandwiches. Either way, it's delicious. This pita sandwich will definitely be a great addition to my recipe. Thank you for sharing! Dominic Pablo
