Kidney Bean Curry


Indian curry tonight! I used a channa masala recipe but substituted kidney beans for the chickpeas. Deliciousness!

    I use the recipe from Manjula's Kitchen also. Give that one a shot sometime.

    Completely off topic- can you recommend a vegan brand of Namprik pao or do I have to make my own?
