Gochujang chili!

A friend of mine recommended to add gochujang paste to chili and I tried that yesterday. It was SO good! It really brings out the umami and adds a tiny bit of sweetness. I added 1 Tablespoon to this whole pot. 
I used Impossible meat, diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Plus ancho, cayenne, New Mexico chili powder and Flatiron Pepper Hatch Valley Green pepper flakes.
